Shipping Policy

Notice: Please expect a possible delay in shipping for orders made at this time.

DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

1. Items delivery within Singapore will take up to within 3 to 5 business days.

*Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.

Please note that, there will be a slight 2 to 3 days delay in processing your order during festive seasons.

Due to the on-going global impacts of COVID-19 pandemic, shipping internationally may be delayed.

2. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total actual weight or the total dimensional weight, whichever is higher.

3. Kindly be informed we would not be able to entertain request for delivery to be made at specific date or time as the courier service providers we engage do not provide such services.

4. ONLINE FREE SHIPPING promotion is valid for delivery within Singapore with minimum purchase of $50.00.

5. Offline or email order is not applicable for FREE SHIPPING promotion.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

1. Shipping internationally will take 5-25 days, depending on items and destination country.

2. Delivery charges will depend on destination country. Please note your delivery may also be subject to customs charges (import duties & taxes), which we have no control. These charges are (your) the buyer's responsibility.

3. Delivery options:

Standard delivery: For this service we will use Singpost's Basic Mail/Package or Registered Mail/Package

Speedpost - As we understand, sometimes our customers may need their items urgently. Hence, we are offering a quicker delivery option via Speedpost. For this service, your item is guaranteed to be delivered to you within six to eight working days.

For larger international orders, please contact us at jasminejiejie@yahoo.com with details so we can negotiate lowest shipping rates for specific orders to specific destinations from courier vendors.

Return Policy

In the event that a product(s) in your order is not-in-stock, we will notify you, the customer via email and refund you for that item(s). The remainder of your order will be shipped out accordingly.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item or the item is not what you ordered, please inform us at jasminejiejie@yahoo.com within 2 days from the date of the receipt. It may take approximately 5 to 10 business days for us to organize collection and receive the returned item.

 

All items will be inspected on return, so please make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Upon receiving, we will inform you and exchange will be made in 3 to 5 business days. We will refund your payment including the postage cost if the item is no longer available but after the damaged item or wrong item is returned to us.

 

The above procedures do not apply to our International Orders. If you have received a faulty or damaged item or the item is not what you ordered, please inform us at jasminejiejie@yahoo.com within 5 business days from the date of the receipt. All International Orders will be handled on case to case basis.

We understand that from-time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.

 

Before returning any items, please notify us at jasminejiejie@yahoo.com to discuss your reason for a return and organize an approval to return an item to us. Please notify us within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the item.

 

Return items are exchangeable but not refundable. If the Exchange item value is less than the Return item value, there will be no refund for the difference and if the Exchange item value is higher than the Return item value, the customer will need to pay the difference. In both cases, merchant charges for using paypal or credit card and return & delivery charges will still apply. Jasmine Jiejie will not offer an exchange for items that are returned damaged to us or never arrived.

 

*This term does not apply to our International Orders, which is Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable.
